Kryminologiczne aspekty przestępczości kobiet na przykładzie problematyki zabójstw

Niniejsza praca stanowi próbę przedstawienia kryminologicznych aspektów dotyczących przestępczości kobiet, które zostaną przedstawione na przykładzie problematyki zabójstw. Praca składać się będzie z 3 rozdziałów teoretycznych.Rozdział pierwszy będzie zawierał informacje dotyczące przestępczości kobiet w literaturze i prawie. Rozważania rozpocznie informacja o rozmiarach i strukturze przestępczości kobiecej. Przedstawione i porównane zostaną również teorie kryminologiczne, które ukształtowały współczesny pogląd w tej tematyce. Następnie, podrozdział o czynnikach determinujących rozmiary przestępczości kobiet będzie próbą wyjaśnienia mniejszej skali zjawiska udziału kobiet w ogólnych statystykach dotyczących przestępczości, przy szczególnych uwzględnieniu przestępstwa z art. 148&1 K.K. Rozdział drugi o tytule: „Kobieta jako sprawczyni przestępstwa” składa się z 5 podrozdziałów. Ich tematyka, skupiać się będzie głównie na obrazie zabójczyni, z uwzględnieniem motywów jej działania, portrecie psychologicznych i modus operandi. Szeroko rozumiane sprawstwo będzie miało na celu ukazanie typowych dla tego rodzaju przestępstw zachowań: przed, w trakcie a także i po czynie. W ostatnim rozdziale zostaną przedstawione kwestie dotyczące zabójstw domowych, które są charakterystyczne dla przestępczości płci żeńskiej. Ukazanie ich głównych cech oraz przedstawienie czynników, które determinują owe zabójstwa pozwoli na umiejscowienie tego zjawiska wśród szczególnie istotnych dla tej tematyki. Celem pracy jest ukazanie ewolucji poglądów dotyczących sprawczyń zabójstw na przestrzeni czasu oraz wskazanie głównych cech, którymi się charakteryzują. Ukazanie struktury i rozmiarów przestępczości kobiecej pozwoli na umiejscowienie tego zjawiska w ogólnych statystykach naruszeń prawa. Przedstawienie złożonych stosunków pomiędzy sprawcą a ofiarą w tego typu przestępstwach umożliwi zrozumienie motywów działań zabójczyń.

This work is an attempt to present criminological aspects of women's crime, which will be presented on the example of the issue of murder. The work will consist of 3 theoretical chapters.The first chapter will contain information on female crime in literature and law. Considerations will begin with information on the size and structure of female crime. The criminological theories that have shaped the contemporary view on this subject will also be presented and compared. Then, the subchapter on factors determining the size of female crime will be an attempt to explain the smaller scale of the phenomenon of female participation in general crime statistics, with particular consideration of the crime under Art. 148 & 1 K.K.The second chapter entitled: "A woman as a perpetrator of a crime" consists of 5 sub-chapters. Their subject matter will focus mainly on the image of the killer, taking into account her motives, psychological portrait and modus operandi. Perpetration, understood in a broad sense, will be aimed at showing the behaviors typical of this type of crime: before, during and after the act.The final chapter will look at the domestic homicide issues that are specific to female crime. Showing their main features and presenting the factors that determine these killings will allow to place this phenomenon among the most important for this subject.The aim of the study is to show the evolution of views on the perpetrators of homicides over time and to indicate the main features that characterize them. Showing the structure and size of female crime will allow this phenomenon to be included in the general statistics of violations of the law. The presentation of the complex relations between the perpetrator and the victim in this type of crime will enable understanding of the motives of the murderers' actions.
