Architecture of Chisinau in the years 1818-1918

Praca dotyczy przemian urbanistyki i architektury Kiszyniowa jako stolicy Besarabii – obwodu, a następnie guberni imperium rosyjskiego. Po zwięzłym omówieniu stanu badań przedstawiono historię i urbanistykę miasta, następnie sylwetki architektów i wybrane dzieła architektury.

The work deals with the transformation of urban planning and architecture of Chisinau as the capital of Bessarabia - a district and then a governorate of the Russian Empire. After a brief overview of the state of research, the history and urban planning of the city are presented, followed by the profiles of architects and selected works of architecture.
