Chińsko-rosyjska współpraca gospodarcza w branży paliwowo-energetycznej

Praca poświęcona jest kompleksowej identyfikacji kluczowych czynników i głównych kierunków współpracy Federacji Rosyjskiej i Chińskiej Republiki Ludowej w sektorze paliwowo-energetycznym w latach 2014 - 2020. Celem badania jest określenie stanu obecnego i ocena perspektyw rozwoju współpracy chińsko-rosyjskiej w obszarze paliwowo-energetycznym. Zostały omówione historyczne i ekonomiczne podstawy i perspektywy rozwoju stosunków rosyjsko-chińskich w dziedzinie dostaw gazu ziemnego. Określono priorytety, trudności, problemy i perspektywy dwustronnej współpracy gospodarczej w sektorze paliwowo-energetycznej. Przeanalizowana została współpraca dwustronna Federacji Rosyjskiej i Chińskiej Republiki Ludowej w przemyśle paliwowo-energetycznym, oznaczone główne kierunki i formy interakcji w sektorach kompleksu paliwowo-energetycznego. Dokonana została ocena i określono perspektywy chińsko-rosyjskiej współpracy energetycznej.

The thesis is devoted to the comprehensive identification of the key factors and main directions of cooperation between the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China in the fuel and energy sector in the years 2014-2020. The aim of the study is to determine the current status and to assess the prospects for the development of Sino-Russian cooperation in the field of fuel and energy. The historical and economic foundations and prospects for the development of Russian-Chinese relations in the field of natural gas supplies were discussed. Priorities, difficulties, problems, and prospects for bilateral economic cooperation in the fuel and energy sector were identified. Bilateral cooperation between the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China in the fuel and energy industry was analyzed, the main directions and forms of interaction in the sectors of the fuel and energy complex were marked. An assessment has been made and the prospects for Sino-Russian energy cooperation have been defined.
