Sytuacja Głuchych osób LGBT+ w Polsce: teoria i rzeczywistość

The subject of this paper is the situation of deaf LGBT+ people in Poland: theory and reality. The work consists of two parts: a theoretical part and a research part. In the first part, the thesis deals with definitions that outline the problem areas: explains the social construction of reality, the structure of identity, the concept of poverty, and the theory of the struggle for recognition. This section also addresses the role of deaf LGBT+ people by analyzing the reality of the deaf and the situation of LGBT+ people. It is also a historical part because it represents the difficult history of the emancipation of the deaf, drawing attention to the issue of their exclusion and to the phenomenon of the deaf culture, which is the most important link between deaf communities. The second part of the work is methodological-scientific. This part describes the methodology of the research and then presents the analysis of the data collected during the study, which was adopted for this work in the form of an interview with a representative of the deaf LGBT+ people community. The work consists of four chapters with an introduction, a conclusion, and a bibliography. The first chapter presents the concept of constructivism and its role in the social construction of reality, the construction of shame, the understanding of disability, the structure of identity, the concept of the struggle for recognition, and the understanding of the poverty phenomenon. The second chapter shows how to define who the deaf and LGBT+ people are and how deaf LGBT+ people form communities. The third chapter deals with the methodology of social research and introduces the study carried out as part of this work. The fourth chapter deals with the main issues discussed during the study and gives an overview of the values and the views of the person who represents them in response to the questions raised.

Tematem niniejszej pracy jest Sytuacja Głuchych osób LGBT+ w Polsce: teoria i rzeczywistość. Praca zbudowana jest z dwóch części: teoretycznej oraz badawczej. W pierwszej części porusza definicje, które jednocześnie zarysowują jej sfery problemowe: objaśnia mechanizm społecznego tworzenia rzeczywistości, strukturę tożsamościową, koncepcję biedy oraz teorię walki o uznanie. W części tej poruszona zostaje także tematyka funkcjonowania Głuchych osób LGBT+, poprzez analizę rzeczywistości Głuchych oraz sytuacji osób LGBT+. Jest to także część historyczna, bowiem przedstawia trudną historię emancypacji osób Głuchych, zwracając uwagę na kwestię ich wykluczenia, a także na fenomen Kultury Głuchych, który jest najważniejszym spoiwem Głuchych społeczności. Druga część pracy jest częścią metodologiczno – badawczą. Opisuje metodologię badań własnych, a następnie przedstawia analizę danych zebranych podczas badania, które na potrzeby tej pracy przybrało formę wywiadu z przedstawicielem Głuchej społeczności osób LGBT+. Praca składa się z czterech rozdziałów opatrzonych wstępem, zakończeniem oraz bibliografią. Rozdział pierwszy przedstawia pojęcie konstruktywizmu oraz jego rolę w społecznym tworzeniu rzeczywistości, społeczne mechanizmy konstruowania wstydu, pojmowanie niepełnosprawności, a także strukturę tożsamościową, koncepcję walki o uznanie oraz rozumienia zjawiska biedy. Rozdział drugi prezentuje sposoby definiowania tego, kim są osoby Głuche oraz osoby LGBT+, a także tego, jak Głuche osoby LGBT+ tworzą społeczności. Rozdział trzeci porusza tematykę metodologii badań społecznych oraz stanowi wprowadzenie do badania przeprowadzonego w ramach tej pracy. Rozdział czwarty omawia najważniejsze wątki dyskutowane podczas badania, a także przedstawia świat wartości osoby badanej oraz jego stanowiska prezentowane w odpowiedzi na sygnalizowane kwestie.
