The possibility of using the Lean management method in the management of an educational institution on the example of the State Music School of the 1st and 2nd degree Ludomir Różycki in Gliwice

The following work, "The possibility of using the Lean management method in managing an educational institution on the example of the State Music School of the 1st and 2nd degree. Ludomir Różycki in Gliwice ”, concerns the possibilities of developing the Polish education system, using the concept of the private sector, which is Lean management. The author, as a former student of the institution, adopted the research hypothesis that at the Ludomir Różycki in Gliwice, you can introduce Lean techniques and methods that can improve the work of the facility. The aim of this study was to look at the entire Polish education system, to examine the management methods used, to explore the process of financing the organization and to observe the situation of employees in educational institutions. Presentation of the concept of Lean management along with the methods already used in education. Then, presenting the school and proposing methods and techniques that may positively affect the functioning of the facility. For research purposes, a structured interview with school employees was conducted, the literature on the subject and legal acts regulating the functioning of education were used. Based on the results of the analyzes and research carried out, it can be concluded that the presented school slowly strives for development, but focusing on material matters, forgets about the opportunities offered by good organization management. The author presented several suggestions for possible changes that could improve the operation of the school, improve communication and save time, money and space.

Poniższa praca ,, Możliwość zastosowania metody Lean managementu w zarządzaniu placówką oświaty na przykładzie Państwowej Szkoły Muzycznej I i II Stopnia im. Ludomira Różyckiego w Gliwicach”, dotyczy możliwości rozwoju polskiego systemu oświaty, przy wykorzystaniu koncepcji sektora prywatnego, którą jest Lean management. Autor jako były uczeń placówki przyjął hipotezę badawczą, że w Państwowej Szkole Muzycznej I i II Stopni im. Ludomira Różyckiego w Gliwicach, można wprowadzić techniki i metody Lean mogące usprawnić pracę placówki. Celem niniejszej pracy było przyjrzenie się całemu polskiemu systemowi oświaty, zbadanie stosowanych metod zarządczych, zgłębienie procesu finansowania organizacji i obserwacja sytuacji pracowników w jednostkach oświatowych. Przedstawienie koncepcji Lean managementu wraz z metodami stosowanymi już w oświacie. Następnie zaprezentowanie szkoły i zaproponowanie metod i technik mogących wpłynąć pozytywnie na funkcjonowanie placówki. W celach badawczych przeprowadzono wywiad ustrukturyzowany z pracownikami szkoły, wykorzystano literaturę przedmiotu oraz akty prawne regulujące funkcjonowanie oświaty. Na podstawie wyników przeprowadzonych analiz i badań można wywnioskować, że przedstawiana szkoła powoli dąży do rozwoju jednak skupiając się na sprawach materialnych, zapomina o możliwościach jakie daje dobre zarządzanie organizacją. Autor przedstawił kilka propozycji możliwych do wprowadzenia zmian mogących usprawnić działanie szkoły, ulepszyć komunikację i zaoszczędzić czas, pieniądze oraz miejsce.
