Human rights component in the UN peacekeeping operations, The case study of the Afghanistan

The scientific study focuses on an in-depth analysis of the historical perspective missions and prospects of the United Nations (UN) in maintaining international peace and security and protecting human rights, as well as evaluating the approach of the United Nations to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan which was re-established in 2021 by the Taliban, The study uses two theories of international relations: realism and liberalism, which have long been in stark contrast to each other's theoretical views In order to analyze and study the UN peacekeeping missions in the protection of human rights. The methodological basis of the study is the principles of historicism and scientific objectivity and mostly qualitative methodology was used for the creation of this thesis to draw a full picture about the role of the UN in the world community.My task will be an attempt to predict; assess the longevity; viability; significance of UN peacekeeping operations in human rights protection, taking into account its role as a global peacekeeping player in world politics, clearly characterized by analyzing the case study of the Afghanistan. The research also assesses the function and significance of the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) in providing social and humanitarian assistance to the Afghan people, as well as the protection and promotion of human rights in Afghanistan under the current Taliban regime.

Badanie naukowe koncentruje się na dogłębnej analizie historycznej perspektywy misji i perspektyw Organizacji Narodów Zjednoczonych (ONZ) w utrzymaniu międzynarodowego pokoju i bezpieczeństwa oraz ochronie praw człowieka, a także ocenie podejścia ONZ do Islamskiego Emiratu Afganistan, który został ponownie ustanowiony w 2021 r. przez talibów. W opracowaniu wykorzystano dwie teorie stosunków międzynarodowych: realizmu i liberalizmu, które od dawna wyraźnie kontrastują ze sobą poglądami teoretycznymi. W celu analizy i badania misji pokojowych ONZ w zakresie ochrony praw człowieka. Podstawą metodologiczną opracowania są zasady historyzmu i obiektywizmu naukowego, a do stworzenia tej tezy zastosowano głównie metodologię jakościową, aby nakreślić pełny obraz roli ONZ w społeczności światowej.Moim zadaniem będzie próba przewidywania; ocenić długowieczność; zdolność do życia; znaczenie operacji pokojowych ONZ w ochronie praw człowieka, biorąc pod uwagę ich rolę jako globalnego gracza pokojowego w polityce światowej, wyraźnie scharakteryzowane poprzez analizę studium przypadku Afganistanu. Badanie ocenia również funkcję i znaczenie Misji Wsparcia Narodów Zjednoczonych w Afganistanie (UNAMA) w udzielaniu pomocy społecznej i humanitarnej ludności afgańskiej, a także ochronie i promocji praw człowieka w Afganistanie w ramach obecnego reżimu talibów.
