Training as a key to adaptation of the citizen on the labor market.

Głównym celem pracy było przeprowadzenie dwóch badań: wywiadu i ankiety. Tematyka badań dotyczyła szkoleń pracowniczych w Banku oraz ogólnej wiedzy ankietowanych w zakresie podnoszenia kwalifikacji zawodowych.Praca licencjacka została podzielona na trzy główne rozdziały. Pierwszy rozdział dotyczył osób bezrobotnych na rynku pracy oraz szkoleń przeprowadzanych przez Urząd Pracy. Drugi rozdział dotyczył teorii szkoleń i kursów zawodowych opartych o literaturę polską i zagraniczną. W ostatnim rozdziale została przedstawiona metodologia badań wraz z szczegółowym opisem badań.W pracy została wykorzystana wiedza własna, wiedza zaczerpnięta z literatury, z artykułów prasowych oraz ze stron internetowych. Głównym celem pracy jest wykazanie, że szkolenia pracownicze to podstawowy element rozwoju zawodowego i nieoceniona pomoc w pozyskaniu nowej, lepszej pracy. Problem badawczy pracy brzmi: Jak proces szkoleń oddziałuje na zatrudnienie i życie pracownika.

The main objective of this study was to conduct two surveys: an interview and a questionnaire. The subject of the research was related to employee training in the Bank and general knowledge of the respondents in the field of raising professional qualifications.The bachelor thesis was divided into three main chapters. The first chapter dealt with unemployed people in the labor market and training provided by the Labor Office. The second chapter dealt with the theory of training and vocational courses based on Polish and foreign literature. The last chapter presented the methodology of the study with a detailed description of the research.In this work was used own knowledge, knowledge taken from the literature, from newspaper articles and from websites. The main purpose of the paper is to show that employee training is an essential part of professional development and invaluable help in obtaining a new and better job. The research problem of the paper is: How the training process affects the employment and life of the employee.
