Kreowanie wybranej dyscypliny sportu na przykładzie działalności Fundacji Mariusza Wlazłego

This master's thesis, of which I am the author, presents the activities of the Mariusz Wlazły’s Foundation, an important volleyball player and several representative of Poland. The aim of the study is to present the activities of the Mariusz Wlazły’s Foundation and it is influence on the development and creation of volleyball in Poland. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes the main issues related to the work of non-profit organisations. The second chapter describes the characteristics of the Mariusz Wlazły Foundation and the projects it carries out and their influence on the design of volleyball. The last chapter is the methodology of the own research, which includes the research methods, the research hypothesis and the results of the studies carried out. The research methods used in the work are a questionnaire of the author’s survey and expert interviews conducted with renowned experts of the sport.Based on the analysis of the documents of the Mariusz Wlazły Foundation, the literature research as well as the answers from the survey and the expert interviews, it was concluded that the establishment of the Mariusz Wlazły Foundation for the promotion of volleyball development of children and youth, the future representative of Poland, has made a significant contribution to the creation of Polish volleyball.

Niniejsza praca magisterska, której jestem autorką przedstawia działalność Fundacji Mariusza Wlazłego, wybitnego siatkarza, wielokrotnego reprezentanta Polski. Celem pracy jest przedstawienie działalności Fundacji Mariusza Wlazłego oraz jej wpływ na rozwój i kreowanie piłki siatkowej w Polsce. Praca podzielona jest na trzy rozdziały. W pierwszym rozdziale opisane zostały najistotniejsze kwestie związane z funkcjonowaniem organizacji non profit. Drugi rozdział przedstawia charakterystykę Fundacji Mariusza Wlazłego oraz projekty przez nią realizowane i ich wpływ na kreowanie siatkówki. Ostatni rozdział to metodologia badań własnych, w której znajdują się metody badawcze, hipoteza badawcza i wyniki przeprowadzonych badań. Metody badawcze wykorzystane w pracy to autorski kwestionariusz ankiety oraz wywiady eksperckie przeprowadzone z wybitnymi ekspertami w tej dyscyplinie sportu.Na podstawie analizy dokumentacji Fundacji Mariusza Wlazłego, przeglądu literatury, jak również odpowiedzi uzyskanych w ankiecie i wywiadach eksperckich wywnioskowano, że stworzenie Fundacji Mariusza Wlazłego wspierającej rozwój siatkarski dzieci i młodzieży, przyszłych reprezentantów Polski, w wysokim stopniu przyczynia się do kreowania polskiej siatkówki.
