The role of education in the management of the heritage of folk culture. Case study: Museum - Vistula Ethnographic Park in Wygielzow and Lipowiec Castle, and Museum - Orawa Ethnographic Park in Zubrzyca Gorna

Celem niniejszej pracy jest przedstawienie i scharakteryzowanie przebiegu procesu zarządzania kulturą ludową, na przykładzie wybranych małopolskich instytucji, których organizatorem jest Marszałek Województwa, tj. Muzeum - Nadwiślański Park Etnograficzny w Wygiełzowie i Zamek Lipowiec oraz Muzeum - Orawski Park Etnograficzny w Zubrzycy Górnej, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem działalności w obszarze edukacji tych instytucji. Problemem badawczym jest pytanie: Jakie miejsce w procesie zarządzania kulturą ludową zajmuje edukacja, na przykładzie Muzeum - Nadwiślański Park Etnograficzny w Wygiełzowie i Zamek Lipowiec oraz Muzeum - Orawski Park Etnograficzny w Zubrzycy Górnej? Pierwsza część pracy stanowi analizę literatury dotyczącej: zarządzania dziedzictwem, kultury ludowej, edukacji na rzecz dziedzictwa oraz strategii województwa, z dokładnym omówieniem obszaru zarządzania dziedzictwem. Druga część pracy przedstawia charakterystykę oraz wyniki badań dotyczących zarządzania obszarami edukacji w badanych instytucjach.

The aim of this work is to present and characterize the course of the folk culture management process, based on the example of selected institutions in Małopolska, organized by the Marshal of the Province, i.e. the Museum - Nadwislanski Ethnographic Park in Wygielzow and Lipowiec Castle, and the Orawa Ethnographic Park Museum in Zubrzyca Górna, activities in the field of education of these institutions. The research problem is: What is the role of education in the process of folk culture management, on the example of the Museum - Vistula Ethnographic Park in Wygiełzów and Lipowiec Castle, and the Orawa Ethnographic Park Museum in Zubrzyca Górna? The first part of the work is an analysis of the literature on heritage management, folk culture, education for heritage and the strategy of the voivodeship, with a detailed overview of the heritage area. The second part of the work presents the characteristics and results of research on the management of educational areas in the studied institutions.
