Mobbing in the workplace

W niniejszej pracy magisterskiej poruszona została problematyka mobbingu w środowisku pracy. Zawiera ona definicję, przebieg, fazy i konsekwencje mobbingu. W dalszej części pracy omówiono kwestie przeciwdziałania mobbingowi oraz opisano obowiązki pracodawcy. Ostatni rozdział przedstawia analizę wyników przeprowadzonych badań dotyczących mobbingu. Mobbing jest zjawiskiem coraz bardziej popularnym, dlatego istotne jest, aby posiadać wiedzę na temat swoich praw oraz mieć świadomość oddziaływania mobbingu na zdrowie oraz życie zawodowe i rodzinne.

This master’s thesis deals with the problem of mobbing in the work environment. It contains the definition, types, phases and consequences of mobbing. In the following, the issue of preventing mobbing was debated and the employer’s duties were described. The last chapter presents the analysis of the results of the research on mobbing. The phenomenon of mobbing nowadays is becoming more popular, so it is important to have knowledge about your rights and be aware of the impact of mobbing on health, working life or private life.
