Przestrzeganie międzynarodowych standardów ochrony praw człowieka na Białorusi

This research work is an attempt to analyze the observance of international standards for the protection of human rights in Belarus. The author of the work examines modern mechanisms for the protection of human rights, including those operating within the Belarusian state. The work shows the tendency of the authoritarian regime in Belarus to suppress and restrict the rights and freedoms of citizens. The analysis of political events in the country, changes in the law in terms of compliance with international standards. The work aims to prove the existence and draw attention to the problem of human rights violations in Belarus.

Niniejsza praca stanowi próbę przeanalizowania przestrzegania międzynarodowych standardów ochrony praw człowieka na Białorusi. Autorka pracy bada współczesne mechanizmy ochrony praw człowieka, w tym działające w ramach państwa białoruskiego. Praca przedstawia tendencję reżimu autorytarnego na Białorusi do tłumienia i ograniczania praw i wolności obywateli. Przeprowadzono analizę wydarzeń politycznych w kraju, zmian w prawie pod względem zgodności z normami międzynarodowymi. Praca ma na celu udowodnienie istnienia i zwrócenie uwagi na problem łamania praw człowieka na Białorusi.
