Proceedings in the matter of certifying disability and the degree of disability

Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy jest postępowanie w sprawie orzekania o niepełnosprawności i stopniu niepełnosprawności. W pracy podjęłam się dogłębnej analizy zjawiska niepełnosprawności. Omówione zostały poszczególne fazy postępowania w procesie ubiegania się o wydanie formalnoprawnego stwierdzenia niepełnosprawności. Ponadto opisana jet procedura zaskarżania wydanej decyzji oraz korzyści przysługujące z faktu przyznanego ważnie orzeczenia o niepełnosprawności.

The subject of this work is the procedure for adjudication of disability and the degree of disability. At work, I undertook an in-depth analysis of the phenomenon of disability. The various stages of the procedure in the process of applying for a formal and legal statement of disability were discussed. In addition, the procedure for appealing against the issued decision is described, as well as the benefits of a valid certificate of disability.
