Tolerancja jako wartość w systemie edukacji formalnej na poziomie studiów wyższych w opiniach osób studiujących Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego

W pracy podjęta została problematyka tolerancji i nietolerancji w społeczności akademickiej. Celem rozprawy było poznanie opinii studentów na temat zachowań tolerancyjnych i nietolerancyjnych nauczycieli akademickich oraz rozpoznanie rozumienia przez nich pojęć tolerancja i nietolerancja. Badania ilościowe wśród studentów Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego stanowiły próbę weryfikacji, czy w systemie edukacji formalnej, na poziomie studiów wyższych, istnieje przestrzeń na zachowania nietolerancyjne. Wykazano występowanie obszarów zachowań naruszających zasady równego traktowania przejawianych przez wykładowców. Analiza wyników badań pozwoliła na stworzenie rekomendacji na temat zadbania o obszary zagrożone pojawieniem się zachowań dyskryminacyjnych i nieinkuluzywnych.

The work deals with the issues of tolerance and intolerance in the academic community. The aim of this dissertation was to find out about the opinions of students on tolerant and intolerant behaviors of academic teachers and to recognize their understanding of the concepts of tolerance and intolerance. The quantitative research conducted among students of the Jagiellonian University was an attempt to verify whether there is a space for intolerant behavior in the formal education system at the university level. The research has shown the occurrence of areas of intolerant behavior manifested by lecturers. Based on the analysis of the research results, an attempt was made to create a recommendation to take care of the areas at risk of discriminatory and noninclusive behavior.
