Piękne i potężne czy potężne i brzydkie? – próba porównania postaci antagonistek w filmach animowanych Walt Disney Animation Studios oraz Studia Ghibli

The aim of the work is to try to compare the characters of female antagonists on the basis of selected animated films from the American Walt Disney Animation Studios and the Japanese Studio Ghibli. As the creators originate from two different cultures, female antagonists and their behaviors will be compared in the context of social models such as individualism and groupism. In this work, I want to present how the female antagonists differ from one another in the individual animated films of the two studios and what may result from those differences.

Celem pracy jest próba porównania postaci antagonistek na podstawie wybranych filmów animowanych od amerykańskiego studia Walt Disney Animation Studios oraz japońskiego Studia Ghibli. Jako, że twórcy wywodzą się z dwóch różnych kultur, antagonistki oraz ich zachowania zostaną porównane w kontekście modeli społecznych, jakimi są indywidualizm oraz grupizm. W pracy chcę przedstawić jak kobiece antagonistki różnią się od siebie w poszczególnych studiach i z czego te różnice mogą wynikać.
