Managing the budget of the local government unit on the example of Krościenko Wyżne Commune

The aim of the study is to assess the budget management of the Krościenko Wyżne commune in the years 2014-2019. An analysis of the level of both expenditure and income was carried out to compare the changes taking place in their structure. The focus was also on checking whether the commune achieves the intended goals, and thus whether it operates in accordance with the tasks set out in the annual budget. The work is supplemented by a bibliography of 81 literary items and 8 internet sources. The work also contains a total of 13 tables and 6 charts.

Celem pracy jest ocena zarządzania budżetem gminy Krościenko Wyżne w latach 2014 – 2019. Przeprowadzono analizę poziomu zarówno wydatków jak i dochodów, aby porównać zmiany zachodzące w ich strukturze. Skupiono się też na sprawdzeniu, czy gmina realizuje zamierzone cele, a tym samym czy działa zgodnie z zadaniami określonymi w budżecie rocznym. Uzupełnieniem pracy jest bibliografia, licząca 81 pozycji literackich oraz 8 źródeł internetowych. Praca zawiera łącznie także 13 tabel i 6 wykresów.
