Analiza systemu ubezpieczeń emerytalnych w Polsce w latach 2015-2020

The purpose of this study is to analysis the pension system over the years 2015-2020. The theoretical part presents the specificity, classification and functioning of social insurance. The empirical part presents the results of the research, the main purpose of which was to present the problem of the influence of the demographic factor on the pension system in Poland. The functioning pension system was selected for the research. The main sources of empirical data were statistics and reports issued by institutions controlling pension insurance. Based on the research results, it was found that the pension system in Poland is not immune to the demographic factor.

Celem niniejszej pracy jest analiza systemu emerytalnego na przestrzeni lat 2015-2020. W części teoretycznej ukazana została specyfika, klasyfikacja, a także działanie ubezpieczeń społecznych. W części empirycznej natomiast przedstawiono wyniki badań, których głównym celem było przedstawienie problemu wpływu czynnika demograficznego na system emerytalny w Polsce. Podmiotami wybranymi do badań został działający system emerytalny. Jako główne źródła danych empirycznych wykorzystano statystyki i raporty wydane przez instytucje kontrolujące ubezpieczenia emerytalne. Na podstawie wyników przeprowadzonych badań stwierdzono, że system emerytalny w Polsce nie jest odporny na czynnik demograficzny.
