Specyfika zarządzania organizacjami typu startup

Celem pracy jest przedstawienie specyfiki funkcjonowania organizacji typu startup oraz zweryfikowanie czy badane przedsiębiorstwo spełnia kryteria wskazane we wszelkiej literaturze polskiej oraz anglojęzycznej. Do wykonania badania użyto metody ilościowej (przeprowadzona ankieta) oraz przeprowadzono wywiad. Praca skupia się przede wszystkim na wskazaniu głównych definicji oraz cech startupów, wskazuje również modele biznesowe, które mają wpływ na skalowalność biznesu różnych form zarządzania, tj. zarządzanie wiedzą, zarządzanie projektem oraz zarządzanie personelem. Praca przedstawia formy finansowania startupów. Z przeprowadzonych badań wynika, że badane przedsiębiorstwo posiada cechy startupowe, a biznes jest skalowalny.

The aim of the work is to present the specificity of the functioning of a startup organization and to verify whether the examined enterprise meets the criteria indicated in all Polish and English-language literature. The quantitative method (survey conducted) was used to carry out the study and an interview was conducted. The work focuses primarily on identifying the main definitions and characteristics of startups, and also indicates business models that affect business scalability of various forms of management, i.e. knowledge management, project management and personnel management. The work presents the forms of financing startups. The research shows that the surveyed enterprise has startup features and the business is scalable.
