Analiza porównawcza rewolucji na Ukrainie 2014 roku i Białorusi 2020 roku

The aim of the work is to examine the relationship between citizens and the state, the state and international organizations on the background of human rights violations. As a secondary goal, a thorough analysis of documents guaranteeing civil rights and the mechanisms thanks to which these documents are to have a driving force can be considered. Another side objective is to accurately and in detail document the events that took place during the Revolution of Dignity and the Belarusian Revolution.The first chapter deals with the sociological aspects offreedom of assembly and the need to participate in the political life of the state. The second part of the first chapter is devoted to introducing the legal aspects related to freedom of assembly. In the second chapter, based on media information and reports of participants, the events from November 21, 2013 to February 22, 2014 are documented in detail.The second part of the second chapter deals with the analysis of the state authorities involved in the suppression of demonstrations and the methods that the Ukrainian government undertook in the hope of maintaining power in the state.In the third chapter, on the basis of media information and an interview with participants in the events of 2020, the phenomena taking place in Belarus before the revolution and the process of the revolution are described.The fourth chapter contains conclusions and assesses the processes and phenomena occurring during both revolutions.

Celem pracy jest zbadanie relacji zachodzących pomiędzy obywatelami a państwem, państwem a organizacjami międzynarodowymi na tle łamania praw człowieka. Jako cel poboczny można uznać dokładne przeanalizowanie dokumentów gwarantujących prawa obywatelskie oraz mechanizmy, dzięki którym te dokumenty mają mieć siłę sprawczą. Kolejnym celem pobocznym jest dokładne i szczegółowe udokumentowanie wydarzeń, które miały miejsce podczas Rewolucji Godności i Rewolucji Białoruskiej.Pierwszy rozdział dotyczy aspektów socjologicznych związanych zwolnością do zgromadzeń i potrzebą uczestnictwa w życiu politycznym państwa. Druga część rozdziału pierwszego jest poświęcona przybliżeniu aspektów prawnych związanych z wolnością do zgromadzeń.W rozdziale drugim na podstawie informacji medialnych oraz relacji uczestników, w sposób szczegółowy udokumentowane są wydarzenia od 21 listopada 2013 roku do 22 lutego 2014 roku. Druga część rozdziału drugiego dotyczy analizy organów państwowych uczestniczących w tłumieniu demonstracji oraz metod, które rząd Ukraiński przedsięwziął w nadziei na utrzymane władzy w państwie. W rozdziale trzecim na podstawie informacji medialnych oraz wywiadu z uczestnikami wydarzeń 2020 roku zostały opisane zjawiska zachodzące na Białorusi przed rewolucją oraz sam proces rewolucji.W rozdziale czwartym zawarto wnioski, dokonuje się tam oceny procesów i zjawisk zachodzących podczas obu rewolucji.
