The Author is focused on Stanislaw Grochowiak's meta-poetic poetry in the post-secular perspective. The analysis of selected texts by the poet is conducted in accordance with the assumptions of thinkers who share a critical attitude towards the theory of secularization, which regards the processes of modernization and desacralization as phenomena running parallel to each other. In particular, texts by such scholars as Charles Taylor, Anna Bielik-Robson, and Piotr Bogalecki were significant for the analysis. The selection of Grochowiak's poems was limited to those of a metapoetic nature because of the literary and cultural tradition that regards poetic creation as a special kind of activity that links the spheres of the sacred and the profane, as well as because of their representativeness to the creative strategy of the author of Minuet with a Mortician. The analysis of the poems showed that these texts are the place of a complex metaphysical reflection, taking into account religion as an important element of modern transformations.

Przedmiotem zainteresowania Autorki jest metapoetycka twórczość poetycka Stanisława Grochowiaka rozpatrywana w perspektywie postsekularnej. Dokonano analizy wybranych tekstów poety zgodnie z założeniami myślicieli, których łączy krytyczny stosunek do teorii sekularyzacji, uznającej procesy modernizacyjne i desakralizację za zjawiska przebiegające równolegle wobec siebie. Znaczące dla analizy okazały się zwłaszcza teksty takich badaczy takich jak Charles Taylor, Anna Bielik-Robson czy Piotr Bogalecki. Wybór wierszy Grochowiaka został ograniczony do tekstów natury metapoetyckiej, ze względu na tradycję literacko-kulturową uznającą twórczość poetycką za szczególny rodzaj działalności łączącej sfery sacrum i profanum oraz ich reprezentatywność dla strategii twórczej autora Menueta z pogrzebaczem. Analiza wierszy wykazała, że teksty te są miejscem złożonej refleksji metafizycznej, uwzględniającej religię jako istotny czynnik nowoczesnych przemian.
