Na drodze do autorytaryzmu - myśl i system rządów Recepa Tayyipa Erdoğana w latach 2018-2022

Niniejsza praca przedstawia tytułowe „myśl i system rządów” prezydenta Recepa Tayyipa Erdoğana. Przeanalizowane zostają zmiany jakie zaszyły w tureckiej polityce zarówno wewnętrznej jak również zewnętrznej w oparciu o neoosmanizm i doktrynę "strategicznej głębi". Turcja obecnie jest zaliczana jest do krajów, które cechują się autorytaryzmem, jednak wielokrotnie w literaturze przedmiotu, kwestia ta jest odgórnie demonizowana i nie wyjaśnia zjawiska osadzając go w należytym kontekście. Praca ta ma na celu uświadomić czytelnika o złożoności problemu tureckich przemian, a szczególnie splataniu się sprzyjających i nie sprzyjających okresów, w czasie sprawowania rządów Partii Sprawiedliwości i Rozwoju pod przywództwem Tayyipa Erdoğana.

This paper presents the eponymous "thought and system of government" of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. The changes in Turkish politics, both internal and external, based on neo-ottomanism and the doctrine of "Strategic Depth" are analyzed. Currently, Turkey is classified as one of the countries characterized by authoritarianism, but many times in the literature on the subject, this issue is demonized from above and does not explain the phenomenon by setting it in a proper context. This work aims to make the reader aware of the complexity of the problem of Turkish transformations, especially the intertwining of favorable and unfavorable periods during the rule of the Justice and Development Party under the leadership of Tayyip Erdoğan.
