Celem niniejszej pracy jest zaprezentowanie problematyki zatrudnienia i wynagrodzenia pracowników.Poniższa praca przedstawia omówienie zagadnień związanych z tematyką wynagrodzeń oraz świadczeń pracowniczych. The aim of this work is to present the issues of employment and remuneration of employees.The paper below presents an overview of issues related to the subject of remuneration and employee benefits. The study presents the theoretical approach to the issue of remuneration, as well as the results of own research on the analysis of remuneration costs against the total costs of the enterprise.The work was based on publications, internet sources and documents provided by the company.
