Management of public finance resources on the example of the Crakow University of Technology

Przedmiotem badań pracy jest gospodarowanie finansami publicznymi na przykładzie Politechniki Krakowskiej im. T. Kościuszki w Krakowie. Opracowanie składa się z dwóch części: teoretycznej i analitycznej. Część pierwsza opiera się na przybliżeniu charakterystyki finansów publicznych i sprawozdawczości finansowej uczelni publicznych. Druga część to analiza sprawozdań finansowych Politechniki Krakowskiej za latach 2018 -2021 oraz wykorzystanie danych sprawozdawczych do analizy gospodarowania finansami poprzez analizę wskaźnikową.

The subject of research in this thesis is the management of public finances on the example of the Crakow University of Technology T. Kosciuszko. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and analytical. The first part is based on the characteristics of public finances and financial reporting of public universities. The second part is an analysis of the financial statements of the Cracow University of Technology for the years 2018-2021 and the use of reporting data to analysis financial management by ratio analysis.
