Organizacja i funkcjonowanie sejmu w świetle konstytucji marcowej 1921 roku i konstytucji kwietniowej 1935 roku

Praca opisuje wybrane zagadnienia związane z organizacją sejmu II Rzeczypospolitej. Jej celem jest ukazanie jego struktury, sposobu pracy, składu i zasad wyłaniania go. Ukazano w niej także przemiany w zakresie roli i znaczenia sejmu na gruncie kolejno obowiązujących konstytucji.

This paper describes selected issues related to the organization of the sejm of the Second Republic of Poland. Its purpose is to present the structure of the sejm of that time, the way it operated, as well as its composition and rules of its election. The tendencies regarding the changes of the role and the meaning of the sejm in the light of the constitutions that were in force during the aforementioned period of time were also presented within the framework of the paper.
