The armed conflict in Ukraine : repercussions for military capabilities of Poland

The present chapter refers to the current situation in Ukraine, light of the armed conflict provoked by the Russian Federation along with its repercussions for military capabilities of Poland. In the chapter several issues are discussed such as: the military situation in Ukraine; new Polish normative acts concerning the state’s security; personal resources of the Polish Armed Forces; activities related to the transfers of the military equipment of the armament and ammunition to Ukraine - in the context of the level of military capabilities of the Polish state.

Niniejszy rozdział dotyczy aktualnej sytuacji w Ukrainie związanej z konfliktem zbrojnym wywołanym przez Federację Rosyjską oraz jego reperkusjami dla zdolności militarnych Polski. W artykule przedstawiono wybrane zagadnienia w kontekście poziomu zdolności militarnych państwa polskiego takie jak: sytuacja militarna w Ukrainie; nowe polskie akty normatywne z zakresu bezpieczeństwa państwa; zasoby osobowe Wojska Polskiego; działania dotyczące przekazywania sprzętu uzbrojenia i amunicji Ukrainie.
