Evaluation of the quality of the recreational product of the Pińczów commune

We wstępie teoretycznym przedstawiane sązadania gminy względem rekreacji, istota, cechy oraz właściwości tego produktu.Opisane zostają również sposoby oceny jakości produktu rekreacyjnego. Uzyskanewyniki wskazują, że postrzegana jakość usług rekreacyjnych świadczonych przez Halęw Pińczowie są niższe niż oczekiwane w każdym z analizowanych zakresów dla klientówjakimi są matki z dziećmi. Klientki wskazywały również możliwe do wykonaniamodyfikacje obiektu tak, aby spełniał on wymagania dla nich jako grupy odbiorców.

The submitted work was to evaluate the recreational product that is the Sports andEntertainment Hall in Pińczów. In the theoretical introduction, the tasks of themunicipality in relation to recreation, the essence, features and characteristics of thisproduct are presented. Ways of assessing the quality of the recreational product are alsodescribed. The results indicate that the perceived quality of recreational services providedby the Hall in Pińczów is lower than expected in each of the analyzed scopes forcustomers who are mothers with children. The customers also indicated possiblemodifications to the facility so that it meets the requirements for them as a customergroup.
