Resources needed to create an accessible cultural event

Celem niniejszej pracy jest sprawdzenie zasobów potrzebnych do stworzenia dostępnego wydarzenia kulturalnego. Dokonano analizy zasobów ludzkich, finansowych, materialnych i niematerialnych, wykorzystywanych przy koordynacji dostępności wystaw stałych w dwóch krakowskich instytucjach kultury: Muzeum Fotografii w Krakowie i Ośrodku Dokumentacji Sztuki Tadeusza Kantora Cricoteka. W ramach badań przeprowadzono analizę danych zastanych oraz wywiady z pracowniczkami instytucji, odpowiedzialnymi za dostępność. W pracy porównano rozwiązania obu instytucji i zarekomendowano najlepsze z nich, dodając komentarze na podstawie opracowanej literatury. W części empirycznej zaprezentowano zasoby wykorzystywane w procesie koordynacji dostępności wystaw.

The aim of this study is to examine the resources needed to create an accessible cultural event. An analysis of human, financial, material, and non-material resources used in coordinating the accessibility of permanent exhibitions was conducted in two cultural institutions in Krakow: the Museum of Photography in Krakow and the Centre for the Documentation of the Art of Tadeusz Kantor Cricoteka. As part of the research, an analysis of existing data and interviews with institution employees responsible for accessibility were conducted. The study compares the solutions of both institutions and provides recommendations, supplemented with comments based on the relevant literature. The research results present the resources used in the process of coordinating exhibition accessibility.
