Prawnoadministracyjne aspekty osiedlania się cudzoziemców na terenie Polski

The purpose of this thesis is to analyse selected aspects of foreigners law and foreigners settlement in Poland from an administrative and legal perspective. The work consists of four chapters. The first chapter focuses on the general characterisation of the terminology issues, the legal status of a foreigner in Poland and examines the problem of legalisation of residence. The next chapter discusses the forms of protection of foreigners on the territory of Poland, in particular refugee status, subsidiary protection, the institution of asylum and temporary protection. The third chapter defines the legal framework of foreigners right to social assistance and indicates the tasks of local government units in this respect, and also highlights the problems of integration efforts. The last chapter presents a statistical analysis of international protection provided to foreigners on the territory of Poland.

Celem niniejszej pracy jest analiza wybranych aspektów z zakresu prawa cudzoziemców i osiedlania się cudzoziemców w Polsce pod katem administracyjnoprawnym. Praca składa się z czterech rozdziałów. Pierwszy rozdział skupia się na ogólnej charakterystyce zagadnień pojęciowych, statusie prawnym cudzoziemca w Polsce oraz porusza kwestie legalizacji pobytu. W kolejnym rozdziale zostały omówione formy ochrony cudzoziemców na terytorium Polski, w szczególności status uchodźcy, ochrona uzupełniająca, instytucja azylu oraz ochrona czasowa. W trzecim rozdziale określone zostały ramy prawne prawa cudzoziemców do pomocy społecznej oraz wskazano zadania jednostek samorządu terytorialnego w tym zakresie, a także zwrócono uwagę na problematykę działań integracyjnych. W ostatnim rozdziale dokonano analizy statystycznej udzielanej ochrony międzynarodowej cudzoziemcom na terenie Polski.
