Professional career model of a Financial Officer in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Polish

W niniejszej pracy przedstawiono model kariery zawodowej Oficera Finansowego w Siłach Zbrojnych Rzeczypospolitej Polski. Praca została podzielona na cztery części. W części pierwszej przedstawiono istotę Sił Zbrojnych RP. W Rozdziale drugim rozwinięto pojęcie kariery i jej modeli. Rozdział trzeci dotyczył pełnienia służby przez Oficerów w Korpusie Finansowym. Ostatni rozdział stanowiło badanie empiryczne w którym wykorzystano narzędzie ankiety. W badaniu wzięło udział 80 Oficerów w różnych stopniach wojskowych. Badanie składało się z 20 pytań. Pytanie były skonstruowane tak aby dały odpowiedź na postawione problemy badawcze oraz potwierdzenie lub zaprzeczenie postawionych hipotez. Podczas analizy potwierdzono wszystkie stawiane hipotezy . Udowodniono, że służba w Siłach Zbrojnych RP może dać poczucie spełnienia zawodowego - osiągniecie kariery zawodowej.

This thesis presents the career model of a Financial Officer in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Polish. The work was divided into four parts. The first part presents the essence of the Polish Armed Forces. The second chapter develops the concept of career and its models. The third chapter dealt with the service of Officers in the Financial Corps. The last chapter was an empirical study in which a survey tool was used. The study involved 80 officers in various military ranks. The study consisted of 20 questions. The question was constructed in such a way as to give an answer to the research problems posed and to confirm or contradict the hypotheses. During the analysis, all hypotheses were confirmed. It has been proven that service in the Polish Armed Forces can give a sense of professional fulfillment - achieving a professional career.
