Sytuacja prawno-administracyjna dziecka w Polsce jest ciekawym tematem. Dziecko jest też człowiekiem. Przysługują mu prawa. Niniejsza praca ukazuje jakie konkretne prawa administracyjne ma dziecko. Wyjaśnia pojęcia takie jak: sytuacja prawna, sytuacja administracyjnoprawna oraz publiczne prawa podmiotowe. Prawa dziecka są przedstawione etapami od życia płodowego do uzyskania pełnoletniości. Wyróżnia się głównie takie prawa jak: prawa szkolne, prawa pacjenta oraz prawa socjalne. Podlegają one ochronie przez podmioty trzecie: Rzecznik Praw Człowieka, Rzecznik Praw Dziecka, przedstawiciel ustawowy oraz prokurator. Celem pracy jest udowodnienie, że dzieci pomimo swojego młodego wieku posiadają prawa i możliwe jest ich egzekwowanie.

Legal and administrative status of children in Poland is an interesting topic. The child is also human. He has rights. This thesis shows what specific administrative rights a child has got. It explains concepts such as: legal situation, administrative and legal situation and public subjective rights. The rights of the child are presented in stages from fetal life to adulthood. There are mainly such rights as: school rights, patient rights and social rights. They are protected by third parties: the Ombudsman for Human Rights, the Ombudsman for Children, the statutory representative and the prosecutor. The aim of the work is to prove that children, despite their young age, have rights and it is possible to enforce them.
