"Expert culture" based on M. Foucaults book Discipline and punish and its contemporary reception

The purpose of this text is present the development of justice system and the birth of the “expert culture” based on M. Foucault’s book Discipline and punish. In this work I analyze the problem of power-knowledge in historical terms but also in context of the present day. Thus I also refere to the issue of enslavment and the autetnic life of an individual.

Celem niniejszej pracy jest zaprezentowanie rozwoju systemu sprawiedliwości oraz narodzin “kultury eksperckiej” w oparciu o książkę M. Foucaulta Nadzorować i karać. W tej pracy analizuję problem władzy-wiedzy w ujęciu historycznym, a także w kontekście współczesności. Tym samym nawiązuję również do kwestii zniewolenia oraz autentycznego życia jednostki.
