Feminizm a liberalizm - kwestia wolności

The thesis examines the question of liberty in two currents - feminism and liberalism. In it, I take up the question of the liberty of a person living in the state and society. I examine how the two mentioned doctrines address the question of liberty, and whether it is possible, in this aspect, to show some shared thoughts between feminist and liberal thought. I look at feminism and the situation of women in society. I trace the various facets of the enslavement of one gender by the other and attempts to justify it, and present the sources of such a situation. I further move on to consider liberal thought. I examine what are the main threats that can limit the free development of the individual, and what solutions can contribute to the protection of human liberty. I examine the impact of liberty on the development of individualism, and also look at the issue of the free market, commonly associated with the problem of liberty and liberalism.In the last chapter, I compare the two doctrines and consider how the issue of liberty is addressed in each of them. I show that there is an analogy between feminism and liberalism when it comes to the attitude towards the liberty of the person. At the very end, I lean into the issue of the relationship between liberty and power, and try to show how one can try to overcome the seemingly inevitable advantage of those with power over a subordinate group.

Praca bada zagadnienie wolności w dwóch nurtach – feminizmie i liberalizmie. Podejmuję w niej pytanie o wolność osoby żyjącej w państwie i społeczeństwie. Badam, w jaki sposób oba wymienione nurty ustosunkowują się do kwestii wolności, oraz czy można, w tym aspekcie, wykazać pewne punkty styczne między myślą feministyczną a liberalną. Przyglądam się feminizmowi oraz sytuacji kobiet w społeczeństwie. Śledzę rozmaite oblicza zniewolenia jednej płci przez drugą i próby usprawiedliwiania tego faktu, oraz przedstawiam źródła takiej sytuacji. Dalej przechodzę do rozważenia myśli liberalnej. Sprawdzam jakie są główne zagrożenia, mogące ograniczyć wolny rozwój jednostki, i jakie rozwiązania mogą przyczynić się do ochrony wolności politycznej człowieka. Badam wpływ wolności na rozwój indywidualizmu, a także przyglądam się zagadnieniu wolnego rynku, powszechnie kojarzonemu z problemem wolności oraz liberalizmu.W ostatnim rozdziale porównuję oba nurty i zastanawiam się jak w każdym z nich ujmowana jest kwestia wolności. Wykazuję, że istnieje analogia między feminizmem i liberalizmem jeśli chodzi o stosunek do wolności osoby. Na sam koniec pochylam się nad zagadnieniem relacji między wolnością i władzą, oraz próbuję pokazać w jaki sposób można próbować przezwyciężyć, zdawałoby się nieuchronną, przewagę posiadających władzę nad grupą podległą.
