Rola i zadania nauczyciela w wybranych szkołach alternatywnych

Celem mojej pracy było przyjrzenie się roli i zadaniom nauczyciela w wybranych szkołach alternatywnych oraz dostrzeżenie podobieństw i różnic jakie w nich występują. Nauczyciel jest jednym z podstawowych podmiotów procesu dydaktyczno - wychowawczego, jednak jego rola oraz zakres stawianych mu zadań nie są stałe w czasie, ale zmieniają się na przestrzeni wieków. W poszczególnych szkołach alternatywnych osoba nauczyciela także prezentuje się inaczej, stąd też dla celów niniejszej pracy ograniczyłam się do zrekonstruowania i przedstawienia jego obrazu w szkole waldorfskiej, szkole opierającej się na koncepcji Marii Montessori oraz Nowoczesnej Szkole Francuskiej Celestyna Freineta. Każda z tych szkół przypisuje nauczycielowi określoną rolę i zadania oraz stawia mu nieco inne wymagania i obowiązki do spełniania.

The goal of my work was to examine the role and tasks of a teacher in selected alternative schools and to identify the similarities and differences that exist within them. The teacher is one of the fundamental subjects of the educational process, but their role and scope of tasks are not constant over time; they change throughout the centuries. In each alternative school, the teacher's persona also presents itself differently. Therefore, for the purposes of this work, I limited myself to reconstructing and presenting their image in a Waldorf school, a school based on Maria Montessori's concept, and the Modern French School of Celestyna Freinet. Each of these schools assigns the teacher a specific role and tasks and imposes slightly different requirements and obligations on them.
