STRUKTURA I FUNKCJONOWANIE SYSTEMU DORADZTWA ZAWODOWEGO I AKTYWIZACJI ZAWODOWEJ STUDENTÓW I ABSOLWENTÓW UJ

Celem przedstawionej pracy jest analiza działalności ABK UJ pod katem potrzeby jego istnienia, popularności i zainteresowania działalnością Biura wśród studentów, jego roli doradczej, dostępności oferowanych usług i struktury osób, biorących udział w wydarzeniach ABK w celach lepszego dopasowania oferty do potrzeb odbiorców i popularyzacji działań Biura Karier. W dwóch pierwszych częściach pracy została zaprezentowana istota doradztwa zawodowego oraz zadania realizowane przez Biura Karier. Dwie ostatnie części poświęcone własnym badaniom ankietowym przeprowadzonym na potrzeby pracy i prezentują opinie studentów wraz z analizą, wnioskami i rekomendacjami.

The aim of this graduate work is to analyze the activities of the UJ Career Office in terms of the need for its existence, popularity, and student interest in the Office's activities, its advisory role, accessibility of the services offered, and the profile of individuals participating in ABK events. The objective is to better align the Office's offerings with the needs of its audience and promote its career services. The first two parts of the work present the essence of career counseling and the tasks carried out by Career Offices. The last two parts focus on the author's own survey research conducted for the purpose of this paper, presenting student opinions along with analysis, conclusions, and recommendations.
