Transformacja ustrojowa Albanii po upadku reżimu w 1991 roku- perspektywy rozwojowe oraz integracja z UE

Albania jako część kontynentu Europejskiego była przypadkiem specyficznym wśród państw komunistycznych. Jako jedna z nielicznych wprowadziła tak ścisłą izolację względem innych państw, co doprowadziło do wytworzenia dużych różnic na płaszczyznach gospodarczych oraz społecznych między Albanią oraz innymi krajami europejskimi. W pracy zostanie poruszona kwestia współpracy z Unią Europejska oraz perspektywy rozwoju i możliwości dołączenia w przyszłości do struktur UE. Celem niniejszej pracy jest przybliżenie historii oraz problemów z którymi musiała się zmierzyć Albania po upadku reżimu oraz problemu transformacji na terytorium nie tylko Albańskim ale szerzej na całym terytorium Bałkanów zachodnich.

Albania as part of the European continent was a specific case among communist countries. As one of the few, it introduced such strict isolation from other countries, which led to the creation of large differences on economic and social levels between Albania and other European countries. The work will address the issue of cooperation with the European Union as well as development prospects and the possibility of joining the EU structures in the future. The aim of this work is to bring closer the history and problems that Albania had to face after the fall of the regime and the problem of transformation not only in Albanian territory, but more broadly in the entire territory of the Western Balkans.
