Stosunki bilateralne między powiatem olkuskim a rejonem kałuskim 2008 - 2023

This study investigated the problem of bilateral relations of Kalush Region and Olkusz Region. These relations were established due to historical ties and also the initiative of the two regions. Such cooperation, among other things, effectively allows cultural and economic activities. In creating such a type of international relations, the problem is to determine the strategy of development and appropriate adaptation to the needs existing in the partner cities. The study was written based on source materials from scientific literature, journals and data available on the Internet on specialized sites in media articles. The main purpose of the research is to analyze the cooperation between the city of Kalush Region and Olkusz Region, and to note how the development of these relations took place based on source materials. In addition, an equally important goal is to prove that this cooperation has positively influenced Polish-Ukrainian relations at the local level. In order to accomplish these tasks, the administrative system in Poland and Ukraine and the course of cooperation between local governments were described and characterized. Chronologically, the activities for strengthening bilateral relations of Kalush Region and Olkusz Region and their effects were presented. The auxiliary method of research is the analysis of source texts on the basis of which it is possible to see the trend and changes occurring in the public space. The result of the work is the systematization and analysis of all previous activities aimed at the integration of the studied regions. Also based on the data presented, the thesis of the work on the positive impact of local cooperation on relations between the two countries has been proven. Taking into account the conclusions drawn from the analysis of the source texts, it can be concluded that two subjects have a positive attitude towards each other and are ready for joint ventures.

W pracy omówiona została problematyka stosunków bilateralnych Rejonu kałuskiego i Powiatu olkuskiego. Relacje te zostały nawiązane ze względu na powiązania historyczne a również inicjatywę obu regionów. Taka współpraca pozwala między innym na efektywne działania w zakresie kultury i gospodarki. W budowaniu tego typu relacji międzynarodowych problemem jest określenie strategii rozwoju oraz odpowiednie dostosowanie się do potrzeb istniejących w miastach partnerskich. Praca została napisana w oparciu o materiały źródłowe z literatury naukowej, czasopisma oraz dane dostępne w Internecie na specjalistycznych stronach w artykułach medialnych.Głównym celem pracy jest analiza współpracy pomiędzy Rejonem Kałuskim i Powiatem Olkuskim oraz odnotowanie tego jak przebiegał rozwój tych relacji w oparciu o materiały źródłowe. Ponadto, celem równie ważnym jest udowodnienie tego, że ta współpraca pozytywnie wpłynęła na stosunki Polsko-Ukraińskie na poziomie lokalnym. W celu realizacji tych zadań został opisany i charakteryzowany system administracji w Polsce i w Ukrainie oraz przebieg współpracy między samorządami terytorialnymi. Chronologicznie zostały przedstawione działania na rzecz wzmocnienia relacji bilateralnych Kałusza i Olkusza oraz ich efekty. Metodą pomocniczą badań jest analiza tekstów źródłowych na podstawie, której można dostrzec tendencję oraz zmiany zachodzące w przestrzeni publicznej. Wynikiem pracy jest systematyzacja oraz poddanie analizie wszystkich dotychczasowych działań mających na celu integrację badanych regionów. Również w oparciu o przedstawione dane została udowodniona teza pracy o pozytywnym wpływie lokalnej współpracy na stosunki między dwoma krajami. Biorąc pod uwagę wnioski wypływające z analizy tekstów źródłowych, można stwierdzić, że społeczność obu miast jest pozytywnie wobec siebie nastawiona i gotowa do wspólnych przedsięwzięć.
