The threat of hybrid warfare in Poland in the 21st century

The paper deals with the threat of hybrid warfare in Poland in the 21st century. In the first part of the work, security concepts were presented. Threats are characterised and a theoretical account of hybrid warfare is presented. Methods of conducting hybrid warfare are outlined, as well as the conditions that must exist for it to be considered effective. The second part of the work describes the factors influencing Russian foreign policy, as well as the interests and objectives it pursues and the instruments it uses. A model of the Russian concept of hybrid warfare is also presented. The third part of the work describes the defence system in Poland. The determinants of Poland's security, military and non-military threats are outlined. Defence policy and the current state of affairs in Poland are presented. The potential threat of hybrid war and possible scenarios for its implementation are described.

Praca dotyczy zagrożenia wojną hybrydową w Polsce w XXI wieku. W pierwszej części pracy przedstawiono koncepcje bezpieczeństwa. Scharakteryzowano zagrożenia oraz przedstawiono teoretyczne ujęcie wojny hybrydowej. Nakreślono metody prowadzenia wojny hybrydowej, a także warunki, jakie muszą zaistnieć, aby można ją było uznać za skuteczną. W drugiej części pracy opisano czynniki wpływające na rosyjską politykę zagraniczną, a także realizowane przez nią interesy i cele oraz wykorzystywane przez nią instrumenty. Przedstawiono również model rosyjskiej koncepcji wojny hybrydowej. Trzecia część pracy opisuje system obronny Polski. Przedstawiono determinanty bezpieczeństwa Polski, zagrożenia militarne i niemilitarne. Przedstawiono politykę obronną i stan obecny w Polsce. Opisano potencjalne zagrożenie wojną hybrydową i możliwe scenariusze jej realizacji.
