Possibilities of restrictions on civil rights and freedoms during emergencies

This master's thesis is devoted to states of emergency in Polish legislation. In it, I presents the possibilities of restrictions on civil rights and freedoms on the basis of the Constitution and laws of the state in question. In addition, the work is enriched with a detailed description of each state, the premises and mode of introduction, as well as the powers of the various bodies. The work is summarized with clear conclusions stating that the authorities during each state strive for a quick return of order in the state leaving out of all this the restoration of civil rights and freedoms.

Niniejsza praca magisterska została poświęcona stanom nadzwyczajnym w polskim ustawodawstwie. Prezentuje w niej możliwości ograniczeń praw i wolności obywatelskich na podstawie Konstytucji oraz ustaw o danym stanie. W dodatku praca została wzbogacona o szczegółowy opis każdego stanu, przesłanki i tryb wprowadzenia oraz o kompetencje poszczególnych organów. Podsumowanie pracy stanowią klarowne wnioski mówiące o tym, że władza podczas każdego stanu dąży do szybkiego powrotu ładu w państwie pomijając w tym wszystkim przywrócenie praw i wolności obywatelskich.
