The use of online media in local political communication by the authorities of municipalities and cities in Podhale

W niniejszej pracy podjęto temat wykorzystania mediów internetowych w działaniach z zakresu lokalnego komunikowania politycznego na przykładzie profili włodarzy gmin i miast na Podhalu. Głównym celem było zbadanie zagadnienia wykorzystywania mediów internetowych przez włodarzy w omawianym regionie, w tym identyfikacja ich działań w kontekście komunikacji politycznej oraz ocena ich aktywności. Kolejnym celem było wyodrębnienie najlepszych praktyk w dziedzinie lokalnej komunikacji politycznej w Internecie wśród lokalnych polityków Podhala i wskazanie obszarów rozwoju.

The subject of this thesis is using online media in local political communication activities on the example of profiles of municipal and city authorities in Podhale. The aim of the study was to investigate the issue of the use of online media by the authorities in the discussed region, including the identification of their activities in the context of political communication and the assessment of their activity. Another goal was to identify the best practices in the field of local political communication on the Internet among local politicians in Podhale and to indicate areas of development.
