Mistrz i uczeń w uniwersytecie

Celem artykułu jest pokazanie elementów wychowawczych w relacji mistrz-uczeń na przykładzie uniwersytetu w kontekście pedagogiki kultury. Pokazano relacje między mistrzem a uczniem w różnych kontekstach kulturowych, najważniejsze cechy mistrza jako mistrza, według poglądów wybranych, polskich uczonych. Artykuł ukazuje, że najważniejszą w procesie wychowania studenta i doktoranta jest relacja osobowa mistrz-uczeń.

The aim of this article is presentation some educational elements in relation between a master and a follower at the university in the context of pedagogy of culture. There are presented relations between a master and a follower (a student) in the context of different experiences. The most important features, values of master as a master, according to opinions of selected Polish scientists (Zofia Szlachta, Władysław Stróżewski, Krystyna Ostrowska, Jan Błoński). This article presented, that personal relation: a master-a follower (a master-a student) is the most important in educational processes at the university.
