Interpersonal relations in building and shaping the information environment

We interact with interpersonal relationships most of our lives because they are an integral part of our existence. Interpersonal relationships refer to interactions, contacts and relationships between people. These relationships also play an important role in the workplace information environment. Relationships influence, among other things, various aspects of work and team effectiveness.The subject of the work is the information environment. The subject of the information environment is the study of all aspects, elements and interactions related to the collection, access and use of information in a given context.This work analyzes the perspective of interpersonal relations on building and shaping this environment. My research aims to understand how these factors influence the functioning of the information environment.The aim of the work is to learn the point of view of the organization's employees on the role of information in building and shaping the organization's information environment.The study used the diagnostic survey method and the survey questionnaire technique. The survey questionnaire included closed questions with the option to answer "other".This work presents aspects of the impact of this environment on relationships between employees and what consequences it has for the organization. Access to a wide range of information in the workplace can influence effective communication between employees. Additionally, the information environment in the workplace affects the relationship between superiors and subordinates. In summary, the information environment has a significant impact on interpersonal relationships in the workplace. Understanding this impact and taking appropriate action to manage it is crucial to achieving effective employee relationships and the success of the organization itself.The presented research results constitute key evidence that the information environment largely influences interpersonal relationships created in the workplace.

Ujęciem przedmiotu środowiska informacyjnego jest zbadanie wszystkich aspektów, elementów i interakcji związanych z gromadzeniem, dostępem i wykorzystywaniem informacji w danym kontekście.W niniejszej pracy została przeprowadzona analizę perspektywy relacji interpersonalnych na budowanie i kształtowanie tego środowiska. Moje badania mają na celu zrozumienie, jak te czynniki wpływają na funkcjonowanie środowiska informacyjnego.Celem pracy jest poznanie punktu widzenia pracowników organizacji na rolę informacji w budowaniu i kształtowaniu środowiska informacyjnego organizacji.W danym badaniu wykorzystano metodę sondażu diagnostycznego oraz technikę kwestionariusza ankiety. W kwestionariuszu ankiety znalazły się pytania zamknięte, z możliwością odpowiedzi „inne”.Niniejsza praca przedstawia aspekty wpływu tego środowiska na relacje między pracownikami oraz jakie konsekwencje ma to dla organizacji. Dostępność do szerokiego zakresu informacji w miejscu pracy może wpływać efektywną komunikację między pracownikami. Dodatkowo środowisko informacyjne w miejscu pracy wpływa na relacje między przełożonymi a podwładnymi. Podsumowując, środowisko informacyjne ma istotny wpływ na relacje interpersonalne w miejscu pracy.
