Kapitał relacyjny : istota i znaczenie dla sukcesu projektu publicznego

This article aims to empirical verification bet by the author of the thesis  the importance of relational capital for success of public project. Research subordinated to the goal were carried out by a proprietary questionnaire. The study included 45 educational establishments in Silesia. The results of this study indicate that relationship between schools, and thus relational capital is an important factor in success of public projects. Nevertheless, the observed barriers to building relationships with external stakeholders - despite statutory need to open educational establishments on the environment. It is worth noting that the results obtained not only confirm, but also complement posed in literature demands in this area of expertise. Implementation of the study allowed for identifying importance of relational capital for success of public project.
