Jerzy Panejkos journey to the Department of Administrative Law and Administrative Science at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences at the Stefan Batory University in Vilnius

After graduating and getting doctor's degree in Lwów Jerzy Panejko received tenure on administrative law and administrative science at Jagiellonian University. Then, he became professor at Stefan Batory University in Wilno. He was one of most famous and distinctive specialists at his times. His papers are still actual. Unfortunately he is quite forgotten nowadays. There’s no doubt that the reason for it lies in his attitude to Germans during Second World War, because he was collaborator. After 1945 he lived in Munich and he was a partner with Ukrainian University.
