New old problems "street children" : theory and practice

Family, parents, childhood problems. The aim of the article is to introduce to the phenomenon of the "street children", and it's analysis in the context of theory and social action. Presented are definiton problems, causes and consequences of the phenomenon. Discussed are the current problems of working with "street children" and the possibilities in this area.

Rodzina, rodzice, problemy dzieciństwa. Celem artykułu jest prezentacja zjawiska „dzieci ulicy” i jego analiza w kontekście teorii i działań socjalnych. Przedstawiono problemy definicyjne, przyczyny i konsekwencje zjawiska. Omówione zostały aktualne problemy pracy z „dziećmi ulicy” oraz możliwości w tym zakresie.
