Wysoka jakość komunikacji interpersonalnej to konieczność - poza wiedzą i umiejętnościami, komunikacja pozostaje kluczową do efektywnego nauczania. W artykule zarysowano standard wysokiej jakości komunikacji z uwzględnieniem technik negocjacyjnych przy jednoczesnym poszanowaniu najwyższych standardów etycznych.

In this article the author has attempted to present the theoretical concept of using the concept of relation to the development of a high level of personal and social competence in accordance with the NQF and Quality Assurance Systems. Nowadays, the high quality of interpersonal communication is a necessity. Besides knowledge and skills, communication is the key to effective teaching. While respecting the highest ethical standards, the article also outlines the standard for high quality communications with regard to negotiation techniques.
