Joubert's syndrome is indeed a rare entity in clinical radiological practice. I share my experience with a case of the aforementioned syndrome diagnosed on neurosonogram and MRI which was associated with post axial polydactyly. It is important to keep in mind the additional neuroradiological findings in addition to the numerous anatomical, pathophysiological associations of this entity.
