The role of the personnel cells in the organization : the results of the research

This article presents the results of research on the perception of the role of HR professionals in organizations of various types. The study was conducted based on a questionnaire "Research views on how to perform the various functions of the personnel department". On the basis of the responses can be seen still the dominant view of the activities of professionals in the cells of human resources personnel as administrators. The second indicated role is to advise the employees, which slightly changes the picture of the HR function in organizations.

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wyników badań dotyczących postrzeganej roli specjalistów personalnych w organizacjach różnego typu. Badania przeprowadzono w oparciu o kwestionariusz "Badania opinii na temat sposobu pełnienia poszczególnych funkcji przez dział personalny". Na podstawie uzyskanych odpowiedzi można zauważyć nadal dominujący pogląd na działania specjalistów w komórkach personalnych jako administratorów kadrowych. Drugą wskazaną rolą jest doradztwo na rzecz pracowników, co trochę zmienia obraz funkcji personalnej w organizacjach.
