Theory on disorganisation in migrant families in contemporary migration research in Athens and Vienna

The article examines the formative influence of women's migration on the change of family organization and sexual mores. The empirical background is provided by the findings of fieldworks carried out among Polish migrants. Based on Florian Znaniecki's theory of disorganization, it emphasises great relevance of this theoretical approach in contemporary migration research.

Przedmiotem artykułu jest wpływ migracji kobiet na życie rodzinne. Jego podstawą empiryczną są dane z badań terenowych prowadzonych wśród polskich imigrantów. Analizowane w odwołaniu do teorii dezorganizacji Floriana Znanieckiego pokazują jej aktualność i przydatność w badaniach migracyjnych
