Joke religions and ecclesiastical law : the case of the flying spaghetti monster church in Poland

The article focuses on the problems connected with legal recognition of the communities, belonging to the category Joke Religions or Invented Religions, basing on the case of the Flying Spaghetti Monster Church in Poland. It presents various approaches of the scholars to the problem of Invented Religions, propositions of the definition and attempts of the classification of this phenomenon.
