"Bezkarność plus" za strzelanie na granicy : projekt MON to prawny potwór

The Ministry of National Defense has presented a draft amendment to the regulations 'to enhance the operations of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland, the Police, and the Border Guard in the event of a threat to state security.' Among other things, the proposal introduces a new 'border justification,' which would exempt criminal liability for opening fire at the border - but not just at the border. The draft is unacceptable.

Ministerstwo Obrony Narodowej przedstawiło projekt nowelizacji przepisów "w celu usprawnienia działań Sił Zbrojnych Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, Policji oraz Straży Granicznej na wypadek zagrożenia bezpieczeństwa państwa". Proponowane jest dodanie między innymi nowego "kontratypu granicznego", który ma wyłączyć odpowiedzialność karną za otwarcie ognia na granicy. Ale nie tylko na granicy... Projekt jest nieakceptowalny.
