Cechy szczególne Konstytucji Republiki Czeskiej

Constitution of the Czech Republic was passed on 16 December 1992, overtaking official come into being of the state what happened on 1 January 1993. Certainly it was some kind of paradox. Axiology of constitution is grounded in deep humanitarian and democratic values. As constitution says, the Czech Republic is build up, protect and develop in the spirit of the inviolable values of human dignity and liberty and the state is definied as a sovereign, united and democratic law-governed one. The political system is an example of parliamentary model, however with several non-schematic solutions.

Konstytucja Republiki Czeskiej została uchwalona 16 grudnia 1992 roku, wyprzedzając oficjalne powstanie państwa, co nastąpiło 1 stycznia 1993 roku. Z pewnością był to pewnego rodzaju paradoks. Aksjologia konstytucji oparta jest na głębokich wartościach humanitarnych i demokratycznych. Jak głosi konstytucja, Republika Czeska jest budowana, chroniona i rozwijana w duchu niepodważalnych wartości ludzkiej godności i wolności oraz jest suwerennym, jednolitym i demokratycznym państwem prawa. System polityczny to przykład ustroju parlamentarnego, chociaż z licznymi nieschematycznymi rozwiązaniami.
